The Foundation is directed by their membership, which consists of nurses from all across the state of California who represent the interests of direct care nurses everywhere. This membership body is overseen by an elected Board of Trustees who meet at least quarterly to review the direction, make suggestions, and provide guidance on the day to day operation of the Foundation.
